Dine or Take Out Our Cuisine embraces the traditions of Ethiopia. We grind and blend our own spices to make a distinct dining experience. All food is served on injera (made in-house), a tangy sponge-like bread made from Teff, barley and self-rising flours. Spices are berbere, hot red pepper and a combination of 15 spices, awaze, a spicy red pepper sauce and metmeta, a hot chili sauce. We serve organic Yirgacheffe coffee that is hand roasted daily and tea grown in the Ethiopian highland region.
